Health & Safety system upgrade
Parsec Pacific was engaged to review and upgrade the Health & Safety system of a leading Australian university. Our initial engagement was to complete the rollout (phase 2) of a newly procured Health and Safety System. Once the requirements analysis for phase 2 were gathered, and related vendor workshops were completed, it became apparent that this vendor was not fit for purpose – and the safety system need to be replaced. Our project team successfully re-ran the tender process for the selection of a new replacement software vendor, and the subsequent development, implementation, and training activities relating to this project. This allowed the effective deployment of the new software solution in mid-2023. The project was a great success, received broad praise from our university stakeholders, and delivered on time and under budget.
The project was nominated for a Vice Chancellors award in 2023; and our PM received the Operations Divisions “Employee of the Quarter” award – in recognition of his efforts in delivering this project.
